Marketing and sales performance for the year to 30 June 2026, compared with the prior year. Prepared as supporting collateral for LivCor Australia's Telstra Best of Business Awards entry.
Total sales across all Shopify channels reached $2.31 million, up 4.5 per cent on FY25. First quarter sales were up 24.9 per cent, with July up 37 per cent. Excluding the discontinued CellAED line, sales grew 9.5 per cent. June 2026 was $277,335, the second highest month in two years.
All five continuing core categories grew year on year. CPR training supplies, the largest category, added $154,000. Clinical simulation, oxygen resuscitation and first aid kits grew fastest. The CellAED line was discontinued during the period and is shown separately.
The online store grew 8.8 per cent to $1.94 million, helped by better search rankings and more efficient advertising. Wholesale orders through the trade portal fell 13.8 per cent, mainly due to the CellAED wind down.
Fewer, larger orders. Order numbers fell while average order value rose 17.4 per cent and repeat purchase rates improved, reflecting a shift toward higher value equipment and institutional buyers.
Paid search delivered 16.7 per cent more attributed purchase revenue in FY26 while total media spend fell 9.1 per cent. Return on ad spend improved from 6.1 to 7.9, a 28 per cent efficiency gain. The three strongest advertising revenue months of the past two years all fell in FY26: May 2026 at $180,000, the highest on record, followed by March 2026 and October 2025.
Revenue figures use Google Ads purchase conversion tracking and Google's attribution model. The same conversion configuration applied across both years, so the comparison is like for like.
Comparing April to June in each year, average Google search position improved from 31.1 to 12.8. Clicks rose 12.4 per cent from less than half the impressions, and click-through rate more than doubled. Searches that did not mention LivCor drove the growth: those clicks rose 16.2 per cent, with average position improving from 34.8 to 15.7.

Search Console retains 16 months of data, so the year on year comparison uses the matched April to June window available in both years. Non-branded figures cover queries Google identifies individually, applied consistently to both years. Keyword footprint and traffic value are independent market data from DataforSEO.
On the search terms LivCor shares with specialist medical and first aid retailers, LivCor's estimated organic traffic value is the highest of the group. The LivCor brand attracts around 640 searches a month, several times the brand demand of specialist defibrillator retailers.

In FY26 LivCor shipped orders to every Australian state and territory, from 751 orders into New South Wales to 67 into Tasmania and 31 into the Northern Territory.
